The IT Centre stands for Information Technology Centre.
It is used for reading, research, watching T.V. and the video and playing
games like chess. We use the 4 Internet computers for research and there
are 22 other computers with other software and typing emails on.

In the Information Technology Centre we have 26 computers,
4 Internet & 22 others. The IT. Centre is used for Researching, Watching
TV, playing Chess sometimes and Thursdays &
Fridays we have Library with Mrs Neill.

The school uses the IT. Centre for researching information
on the computers and reading books and at lunch time. For class we watch
T.V. programs like 'BTN' and sometimes we even use programs on computer.
People can play chess at lunch and do research on computers, we go on the
internet for research.

Our school has a Library and our class goes there each Thursday after morning tea. We usually listen to Mrs Neill to read a book, now she is read ''The game of the goose.'' Each book she reads is so interesting and funny. After we do that we all going to borrow books, each person can borrow four or less.
Our library is open at second half of lunch and everyone can go inside and use computers reading and drawing or play games like chess with your friend.
Lots of books and displays make our Library interesting.

In our school we have a Library/Information Technology
Centre. On Mondays, Tuesday and
Wednesday, it is an IT. Centre, we use it for example
watching an educational program and to do research.
At lunchtimes, it is open so children can use the internet, the computers, read, play chess or do research. This is supervised by a teacher and the Student Research Team.
On Thursday and Friday it is used as a Library for the school. Our library teacher is Mrs Neill and she comes every Thursday and Friday to teach us how to use a Library. We can borrow up to 4 books each week. Our Library is also used by the Student Research Team so they can fix things and improve our web site.
Anyway, our school library is useful to a lot of people in our school and I hope it will stay like that.
