On Thursday the 5th of July, Years 5 and 6 went up to the hall to do our Peer Support training. We were to learn how to be Peer Support Leaders and Co-leaders.

At the start we watched a movie and then we did writing on paper about people's behaviour.

The Co-leaders and Leaders become more responsible, we learnt how to build self-esteem.

Everyone liked the day it was fun.

Writing down ideas!

On Thursday July 5th, Years 5 and 6 had Peer Support training. It was held at our school hall.

The first thing we did was to make groups of six. We were writing down thing's that we wanted to do as a Peer Support group. So we wrote thing's down on our paper like how to be more responsible, how to run a meeting, to build self-esteem and more.

After that activity we got to know who our Leader's and our Co-leader's were. Then we had to go find a place to sit and turn our backs and talk to them. This showed us how we often use body language.

Next we had to go back to our group's and we got a sheet from Mr Taylor to act out how the people feel. Our feeling's were to beg for help.

On Thursday the 5/7/01 classes 5/6T 4/5G learnt about Peer Support. We sat down and talked about how to handle Kindy kids and to help them.

Then we had a game of noughts and crosses with no rules so all the games Mr Taylor won. It showed how we need to set our rules first.

Then we watched a video and we went to lunch.
