On Tuesday the 4th of June 2 people from the U.S.A. came to our school and we are the only school they will visit in Australia. We are very lucky that they are visiting.
First they went to talk to Kindy and then they went up to our class. They told us where they came from, Natalie comes from Alaska and Todd comes from Oregon.
Before they came to Australia they went to Malaysia and went to a school over there. Natalie is going to the Gold Coast and Australia is the last country they are visiting then they are going back to U.S.A.
We asked them some questions and some of them were what do you like most about Australia and they said they like our accent? They also filmed Bay Watch at California and they said it is the sandiest beach in the U.S.A.
They also told us that there are millions of suburbs in U.S.A. Mr Taylor took some photos.
What I like most about them is their accent!

On Monday the 4th of June, Natalie and Todd came from the USA to see how the teachers in Australia teach children using computers. They were learning to make their own business with kids using computers. They came to each classroom and talked about their homeland. We asked them questions about USA which was their original birth place.
Natalie and Todd had been to Malaysia and Adelaide (the capital city of South Australia) before they came to our school, all the way from Oregon, USA. We found out that if it is Winter here, it would be Summer in the USA, because it is on the other side of the world.
Natalie is going to Queensland after they leave our
school. They will leave Australia on the following Friday. We enjoyed their
stay, and our teachers did too. We hope Natalie and Todd enjoyed their
stay at our school.

On Monday the 4th of June two people from USA called Natalie and Todd came to visit us and see Australia. They taught us about Oregon and Alaska, about where they came from. Natalie was born in Alaska and went to Oregon. Todd came from Oregon originally. They have been to Malaysia then they will go back to USA.
Natalie saw our Home Page and thought that they could come here and see what it's like down here. They are interested in how children use computers.
They told us things like it's summer up there and when it was about 1 pm, they said that it was about 8pm on Sunday, the day before. We asked them questions such as what the hottest temperature was up there and what the coldest temperature was there and other sorts of questions.
Natalie said that they would only stay until Friday but then they would go back to USA. She also said that she would go to Queensland and see what it's like.
We enjoyed their visit and we hope they enjoyed coming to see us. I also hope that they come back again some time to see how we are going.
